The Central America Leadership Initiative (CALI) was established in 2004 with the support of the Aspen Institute, INCAE Business School, the Business Foundation for Social Action (FUNDEMAS), and the nonprofit organization TechnoServe.
As part of the Aspen Global Leadership Network (AGLN), CALI Fellows are integrated into a prestigious community of over 3,200 leaders, entrepreneurs, and changemakers from more than 50 countries.
CALI is dedicated to investing in human capital through a strategic program comprising four leadership seminars, designed to connect, develop, and empower visionary leaders committed to fostering inclusive development in Central America.
